- All entries will be rolled over to the new event weekend of September 10-12, 2021 unless a change is made. If you allow your registration to roll over to 2021 this would include every add-on, as well as your campsite. If you simply want to participate next year, no action is required of you.
- If you're not sure of your plans for next year and you would like to re-coup some money, we can offer you a 50% refund on your total fee paid. This option would not hold your campsite over for next year and you would need to register for 2021 when registration opens and select a site then. You must request a refund by August 1, 2020 at the link below.
- If you still want to create the magic of Run Woodstock for yourself we will be offering the ability to participate virtually. If you choose to participate virtually your campsite will be held for you for 2021. If you purchased add on food you will receive that money back in a coupon code toward a future RF event. Your shirt, medal, and any swag add-on items would be mailed to you mid-September. If you want to participate virtually also have the option to donate back your food money to help sustain RF Events for the future! You will need to make this selection by August 1, 2020 at the link below.
- Your final option is To donate your entry money back to RF Events to help us keep the lights on as we work to shuffle ahead and survive, so we can be here for the future and create quality events that let you meet your goals and put your hard training to use. If you choose this option your campsite will roll over to 2021.
