Aid Stations
Aid will be approximately every 3-6 miles for the 50K/50M/100K/100M and can be viewed on the map above. The Hog Farm (Woodstock Camp) and Food for Love (halfway around the 16 mile loop) will have the hot food; Bethel Woods and Rosemary Forest (at 6 and 13 miles of each loop) will not have hot food but will have everything else. There will be an additional water only aid station 3 miles into the loop.
Aid for the Half Marathon will be at Food for Love (5 miles) and Rosemary Forest (10 miles), gels, water & Gatorade.
Aid for the Full Marathon will be at Food for Love (5 & 18 miles), Rosemary Forest (10 & 23 miles) & Start/Finish Aid (13.1 miles). Gels, water, and Gatorade.
Please note this is a cupless race for all distances, so be prepared to have your own drinking vessel for all fluids.
Aid station options will consist of the following items:
- Food - Oreos, Gummy bears, M&Ms, Pringles, Pickles, PB&Js, Potatoes, and Fresh fruit
- Drinks - Coke, Ginger Ale, Water, and Gatorade
- Miscellaneous - Vaseline, Salt, Gels, and Tums
Pacers
The nature of a 6 loop course makes for an event that can be enjoyed without pacers or crew. Our volunteer Run Woodstock Ultra aid Roadies will be there to help and encourage you to greatness and because of the hundreds of fellow ultra brothers and sisters on the course sharing your pain, you’ll never have to worry about setting out on the loop alone.
- Pacers are allowed after the 2nd loop (100K and 100 Mile events)
- Only 1 pacer with Runner at any given time
- Pacer must wear "Pacer/Runner Number"
- Pacer stays with Runner at all times,no running ahead to fill bottles, get food, get drop bag, etc.
- Pacer is a companion, not a mule for runner supplies.
- Please note that pacers will not be eligible for any medals or included in the results, as they are not considered official runners.
All individual pacers are required to have the Weekend Pass for Run Woodstock. ONE additional weekend pass is included with your 100K/100 Mile registration for a pacer. Additional weekended passed can be purchased by the registered runner with their race or by the pacer online or onsite.
Pacers will need to check in and out at the main aid station (Hog Farm) at the Woodstock Camp. We will give you your bib at that time. All runners on the course have to wear an event bib or a "pacer" bib.

Crew members may not use bikes on the course at any time. Crew vehicles are asked not to drive in and out of campground during the event for the safety of the runners and campers. Please park in designated areas when coming and going.
Drop Bags: Drop bags will be at the Hog Farm aid station and at the Food for Love aid station so you'll have access to your bags about every 8 miles. Food for Love drop bags will be brought back to Hog Farm semi-regularly (about every 4 hours or so) so we suggest you only put items in that bag that you don’t need back at Hog Farm…and that you may or may not want to retrieve after the race.
Parking/Rest Areas: All camping will be drive-in. If the car is to be used by a crew/handlers during the race, it can't be parked in the campground. We do encourage inviting friends to camp and cheer you on, just park any cars that will be following you in the designated area. Thanks!
